I am looking forward to see the outcome from this project. Having worked in community pharmacy for many years, the lack of collaborative approach between pharmacist and GPs is a major issue that hinders quality healthcare for patients. e.g. too much time spent on correcting prescription error, ringing doctors about patient's concern of their new medicine or dosage form, compliance packing issues etc...

 

I am confident that it would be a positive outcome!
